To earn the quarterly consistency bonus you need active listings or services, no unresolved disputes, and a maintained 4.0+ rating across the quarter.

What is the alignment system?

Alignment is an internal system that supports fair badge progression. It may consider profile completion, response time, review quality, dispute history, and overall consistency and engagement. It is not publicly visible and exists to protect the integrity of the platform. Badge progression requires both the milestone achievement and positive alignment.
