All healers and practitioners must commit to working with high-vibrational and benevolent intentions. Any act or energy work intended to manipulate, control, or influence another person’s free will is strictly prohibited.
Malevolent or harmful practices of any kind, including those rooted in low-vibrational energy, will not be tolerated. Every practitioner is expected to act with honesty, compassion, and respect, maintaining confidentiality and integrity in all sessions.
By joining JADED I’LLUZIONS, you affirm that your work will always honor free will and uphold the values of love, healing, and light.
Terms and Conditions – E-book SellersListing eBooks on JADED I’LLUZIONS, you agree to comply with our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws. You must be at least 18, hold rights to your content, and ensure it complies with US regulations. Sellers are responsible for accurate listings, pricing in USD, and meeting any tax obligations. A platform contribution applies to each sale, and payouts are issued monthly if the threshold is met. Refunds must follow US Consumer Law. Sellers grant us a license to display and sell their content and must protect buyer privacy. Accounts may be terminated for policy breaches or misuse. Liability is limited to recent platform contribution earnings. Terms may be updated, and US law governs this agreement.
Terms and Conditions – Registered Healers/PractitionersRegistering on JADED I’LLUZIONS, you agree to comply with our terms and maintain valid professional qualifications and registrations. All registered healers and practitioners must be at least 18 years of age. Free and paid listings are available with varying visibility and features, which may change with notice. You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile and must not post misleading or harmful content. Paid listing fees must be paid as agreed, and refunds follow our published Refund Policy. Client privacy must be respected in accordance with US law. By listing, you grant us the right to use your profile content for promotion. Listings may be suspended for policy breaches. We are not liable for referral outcomes or indirect damages. Disputes should be resolved amicably or through mediation under US law. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of updated terms.
Terms and Conditions – CustomersUsing our platform to book healer/practitioner services or purchase ebooks, you agree to these terms. You are responsible for providing accurate information when making bookings or purchases. Healers/practitioners are independent professionals, and we do not guarantee the quality or outcomes of their services. Ensure your device supports ebook formats before purchasing. Refunds are available for faulty ebooks or misrepresentations under US Consumer Law. Each healer/practitioner sets their own cancellation and refund policies. Customers must not misuse the platform, harass service providers, or redistribute digital products. All content is copyright-protected. We handle personal data according to US Privacy Principles. Liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of updated terms.
Refund AbuseReserve the right to deny refunds if we determine that refund requests are being abused or exploited for fraudulent purposes.
Use of TechnologyYou agree not to interfere with or disrupt the platform's technology, including but not limited to malware or unauthorized access. Accounts engaged in such activities may be suspended.

Prohibited PracticesCustomers and healers/practitioners are prohibited from fraudulent activity, harassment, abusive behavior, and misuse of platform features. Violations may lead to suspension or permanent ban.
