You must be at least 18, hold rights to your content, and ensure it complies with US regulations. Sellers are responsible for accurate listings, pricing in USD, and meeting any tax obligations. A platform contribution applies to each sale, and payouts are issued monthly if the threshold is met. Refunds must follow US Consumer Law. Sellers grant us a license to display and sell their content and must protect buyer privacy. Accounts may be terminated for policy breaches or misuse. Liability is limited to recent platform contribution earnings. Terms may be updated, and US law governs this agreement.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile and must not post misleading or harmful content. Paid listing fees must be paid as agreed, and refunds follow our published Refund Policy. Client privacy must be respected in accordance with US law. By listing, you grant us the right to use your profile content for promotion. Listings may be suspended for policy breaches. We are not liable for referral outcomes or indirect damages. Disputes should be resolved amicably or through mediation under US law. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of updated terms.

Prohibited PracticesCustomers and healers/practitioners are prohibited from fraudulent activity, harassment, abusive behavior, and misuse of platform features. Violations may lead to suspension or permanent ban.
